Egads. I love nature, but I'd be running far away from that lovely snake in the water.

Hi, thanks for visiting my blog. Lucy is so sweet. let me know if you have any questions. Oh and cotton mouth or water snake is my husbands guess. No matter what the girls would have been out of the water with me too, and I like snakes.

YIKES!!! I would be SCREAMING!!!! I HATE snakes!!! I saw a baby snake that looked very similar on my porch 2 summers ago and I have been terrified to walk thru my yard since. BIG CHICKEN here!!! I always tell hubby that I need to live in Ireland so I can enjoy nature WITHOUT these scary critters!!!

Isn't it amazing how much that snake blended in? Oh thank God it didn't bite anyone.

Have a great weekend!

First, hope you had a wonderful birthday sweet girl!!

Jill...WOW! Thank God you SAW the snake and didn't step on it. Very scary. No clue what kind of snake it is, but in my book, any snake is a "bad" snake. Sorry.

Hugs!
